Remote working has changed companies since the pandemic and some companies are not going back. Employee retention, increased productivity, lower operating costs, and less commuting are just some of the benefits that employers have seen when implementing either full work from home or hybrid work schedules. Flexibility is often high on the list of benefits of working from home for employees, and it opens up the possibility for businesses to having employees working different hours and expanding business hours as opposed to having employees attend a physical workplace.
Obviously this comes with some adjustments and investment in technology, and making sure communication, collaboration and problems with communication does not become an issue.Â
